DALCO did some work with the fascia on several gables on our home. During a recent storm, the fascia pulled away from a different gable than the ones which DALCO had previously repaired. I called Mike Lohr at DALCO, my contact for post-implementation work; I hoped that Mike could schedule a repair and then invoice me. To my surprise, he arranged the fix at no cost. This was above-and-beyond from a customer service standpoint.

These 5 Stars were all earned by their employee, Dakota. He worked so hard on our project and really cares about his work and craftsmanship. I hope the office turnover/new ownership/new software/other excuses are fixed soon so no one else gets the run around like we unfortunately received. Dakota is a very valuable employee

I bought three windows from Dalco 7 years ago. Two of them are the tallest windows they make and I was warned by another company that vinyl windows that big would fail.
Not true. My windows are in perfect condition and they are extremely energy efficient. I can leave my curtains open even in the coldest weather without feeling any drafts or change in room temperature.
I recommend Dalco to anyone who needs new windows.

We found a leak in our bathroom. Our warranty with Dalco is due to expire in one year. We called them and scheduled an appointment. They came today and fortunately, identified and fixed the problem. No charge! We were shocked but very pleased. Proof positive that this company does excellent work and stands by its warranty.
